My friend Travis and I were wandering around in Chelsea galleries not too long ago. We found a quiet second floor gallery that had about 40 small Blinky Palermo paintings lining the gallery walls. They were all made during the 1970’s but remained alive and vibrant as if they were painted yesterday. It was impressive. I took three simple, straightforward ideas.
